Thank you for shopping online at Lansame. We hope your shopping went smoothly and the product arrived safely and intact.
Allowed return conditions:
When returning a product, make sure that all items are labeled and in original condition, unworn, unwashed, unused, unaltered, and free of odors, tears, or stains.
Lansame offers up to 15 days for returns! If it does not comply with our Return Policy, returned items will be deemed not to comply with our Return Policy and will not be refunded. If not, our team will refuse to return the product.
The Lansame does not support returns or exchanges other than those described above.

Refunds and exchanges
1. Please contact us via email cs@lansame.com to obtain the return shipping label.
2. Unless the initial error was caused by us, we will charge you additional shipping fees.
3. Shipping charges will vary depending on the returned product. Before charging your card, we will contact you to ask for your consent to these charges.
Damage
1. Please contact us through cs@lansame.com
2. Include pictures of the original shipping box or envelope and damaged products.
3. We will send you a shipping label to return the damaged item and contact you to determine if you need a replacement
or refund.
4. Your replacement or refund will be delivered as soon as possible during our normal business hours. Weekends and holidays add hours to your service.
5. Unless the initial error was caused by us, we will charge you additional shipping fees.
Refund
1. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and provide a replacement or refund for the item. You will receive an
email notification.
2. Refunds for confirmed damage will be processed within 48 hours of our normal business hours. Weekends and holidays add hours to your service.
3. All refunds will be refunded to the card you used to purchase the refunded item.
